Ronds builds an intelligent equipment maintenance platform for the client, enabling real-time monitoring of equipment status. The on-site system integrates with Ronds' remote diagnosis center, leveraging Ronds expert service team to detect potential failures and predict degradation in advance. This proactive approach prevents unplanned shutdowns, facilitates predictive maintenance, and ensures long-term safe operation.

Equipment maintenance mode upgraded to predictive maintenance:
Since the system was put into operation in November 2019, real-time monitoring has been carried out on more than 2700 critical equipment. There have been over 2000 abnormal warnings in the refining department and over 650 on-site inspections and repairs, with predictive maintenance accounting for about 75%. In the chemical department, there have been 1600 abnormal warnings and over 430 on-site inspections and maintenance operations, with predictive maintenance accounting for about 80%.
