From Classroom to Production Line: RONDS Deepens Industry-Academia Collaboration

Industry-Academia collaboration is a long-term commitment for RONDS, not a one-off event.

This week, RONDS welcomed faculty and students from a key university’s School of Instrument Science and Optoelectronics.

They toured our Intelligent O&M Experience Center, Data Center, and Remote Diagnostic Center — seeing firsthand how RONDS turns R&D into real industrial solutions.

Our hardware R&D lead shared practical insights on “From Classroom to Production Line”, and an alumnus-engineer reflected on his own career transition.

Following the exchange, both sides signed an internship base agreement and unveiled a joint “Talent Co-Cultivation Community”.

For RONDS, opening our facilities and sharing experience is the most direct way to bridge theory and practice. We will continue to collaborate on joint research, internships, and curriculum development — cultivating talent with both depth and hands-on capability, while fueling innovation in smart manufacturing.

This partnership is a strategic step in RONDS’ broader efforts to align industrial needs with academic excellence, and we look forward to turning real-world challenges into shared opportunities for growth.
